Choose your method
MOST COMMON
Private Landlord
- Action: Upload a photo of your ID/Passport + a Selfie holding it.
- Time: Reviewed manually within 24 hours.
- Privacy: Your ID is deleted from our servers immediately after verification. We do not store it.
Agency / Company
- Action: Submit your KVK (Chamber of Commerce) number.
- Time: We cross-check the KVK register manually. Usually approved same-day.
- Benefit: Your company name is displayed on all listings for branding.
A note on Data Privacy
We take this seriously. Your documents are uploaded to a secure, private storage bucket that is only accessible by our compliance team. Once a decision (Accept/Reject) is made, the file is permanently purged from our system. We do not sell or share your data.
